Governing Law and Language: These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. In the event of any discrepancy between the Danish and English versions, the Danish version shall prevail.

Prices
Prices at 579 ApS are primarily stated in Danish kroner (DKK). Prices may also be displayed in and paid using euro (EUR), US dollars (USD), and British pounds (GBP).
All prices, regardless of currency, are stated inclusive of VAT and duties.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice; however, this applies only to orders that have not yet been concluded. Reservations are made for sold-out items.
Payment
579 ApS accepts payment by Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Revolut Pay.
The amount will only be charged to your account once the goods have been dispatched.
Reservations are made for pricing errors and sold-out or discontinued items.
Delivery
579 ApS aims to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
We ship worldwide using GLS and DHL. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight, size, delivery method, and destination of the goods. The exact shipping cost is displayed during checkout after you enter your address and select a delivery method.
Goods are delivered to the delivery address provided when placing the order.
Note: If delivery to a pickup point is selected and the pickup point is full, the parcel will be redirected to the nearest available pickup point. You will be notified accordingly. Should any issues arise, please contact customer service.
Deliveries are made on business days only. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 8 business days depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. The expected delivery time is displayed during checkout.
Certain products may be subject to special delivery conditions, which will be clearly stated in the individual product description.
Complaints and Statutory Warranty (Right to Claim)
A 2-year statutory right to claim applies under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right covers defects and non-conformities in the product.
Presumption rule: If a defect appears within one (1) year from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, or a proportionate price reduction.
The right to claim does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use, improper handling, or other damaging behavior.
You must notify us of the defect within a “reasonable time” after discovering it. 579 ApS covers reasonable return costs in connection with a justified complaint.

Refunds
In the event of a refund, please provide your bank registration number and account number so the agreed amount can be transferred. This information will be used solely for processing the refund.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods. In the case of split deliveries, the withdrawal period is calculated as follows:
- The day you receive the last item, if multiple items are ordered together but delivered separately.
- The day you receive the last batch or part, if the goods are delivered in several batches or parts.
- The day you receive the first item, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a defined period.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a justified complaint.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notification must be sent to: mail@579.dk.
Your message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You must then return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by simply refusing delivery without providing clear notice to us.
Digital Products
For digital products, the general rules of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act apply.
If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied with a digital product, you are welcome to contact us at mail@579.dk, and we will assess the situation and seek a reasonable solution.
Goods Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal generally does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods which, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.
- Services that have been fully performed, provided that performance began with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (excluding subscription agreements).
- Contracts concluded at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the items are securely packaged. You should include a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
Cash-on-delivery shipments are not accepted.
Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods (as you would in a physical store).
If the goods have been handled beyond this, a deduction may be made from the refund. Any deduction must be proportionate to the diminished value.
Repayment
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to us. Any diminished value for which you are liable will be deducted from the refund.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide documentation that the goods have been returned.
Rights (Digital Products)
All rights to digital products belong to 579 ApS. Upon purchase, a personal, non-transferable license is granted to use the product as specified for the individual product.
It is not permitted to sell, resell, lend, give away, or otherwise distribute the product—whether privately or commercially—including the content of online products and downloaded products.
Privacy Policy
In order for you to shop on our website, we require the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Information about what you have purchased
We process your personal data to deliver your order and to handle inquiries related to your purchase. Processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy for 579 ApS, where you can read more about data processing, deletion, and your rights as a data subject.
